Rugged Khaki

This journey waited years to take shape. Patient if not silent, it hung in the details of every day, in the concrete tile cracks where flowers spring, below the sunlit clouds of dusk, from deep in the soulful eyes of those beloved, hearing the mentions but never being called. Until a warm summer morning, when the skies opened and it unexpectedly started to rain.

With the rain came a name. 'Rugged' for longed-for adventures among nature, its creatures, and the breathtaking force with which they strike awe. 'Khaki' for all the shades that deliver a sense of earth and belonging.
